Swimming Opportunities for Every Stage of Life

There are so many ways for anyone to enjoy time in the pool at Club Greenwood. We offer programs for those as young as 8 months old, all the way up to adult lessons. Parent-Tot Swim Lessons, which are for parents and children 8 months- 3 years old, are a great way for you to get your little one in the water and spend time together. Our youth swim lessons then follow a path for your child to continue learn and grow. Your child may even chose to embrace their competitive spirit with the Greenwood Tiger Sharks swim team, which is for people ages 6-20. Private lessons are always a great option as well if you’re looking for more personalized 1:1 attention.

Adult Swimming and Water Fitness 

Of course, Club Greenwood also has a wide array of adult swimming lessons. No matter your level, you can find group or private lessons that will work for you. Additionally, we offer masters-level swim classes, adult swim conditioning, and triathlon training.

Masters-level classes offer organized, coach-led swim team workouts designed to accommodate a range of skill levels. Coaches tailor adjustments to meet individual needs, ensuring each swimmer receives personalized guidance based on their abilities. Adult swim conditioning, lead by Coach Cama Jo, focuses on swim sets, strokes and drills, building your endurance in the water. Participants must be able to swim to join. Triathlon training is taught by experienced triathlon coaches and is offered in group and individual formats. It’s great for all levels of triathletes, whether you’re experienced or just getting started.

That’s not all! Club Greenwood offers members plenty of options to get fit in the water. Water fitness classes include shallow water and deep water classes. TThese water aerobics programs are thoughtfully designed to boost cardiovascular health, build strength, and add a splash of fun to your fitness routine—all while meeting you at your own pace!
