Club Greenwood Pilates

Club Greenwood provides Pilates Reformer Classes, private sessions and special Pilates programs for the South Denver, Greenwood Village and Cherry Hills Village areas. Knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging instructors teach reformer Pilates and mat classes that are open to all.  We have two fully equipped studios; one for private and semi-private and one for group classes. Studio equipment is kept in immaculate condition and we teach in a fun and safe environment. It is our mission to provide you with an unsurpassed Pilates experience. Pilates is an energizing workout based on six principles: concentration, control, centering, flowing movement, breath and precision. Pilates helps with balance, strength, coordination and flexibility.

Private Pilates Lessons

Experience a 30 or  55-minute session tailored to your body and desired focus using all of the equipment. A private session allows a unique whole-body experience of discovery and awareness while strengthening, toning and increasing flexibility.

Semi-Private Pilates Lessons

Want to share your Pilates session with a friend or family member? We offer Semi-Private Pilates that accommodates two to four clients under the instruction of a Pilates teacher using all the equipment. Semi-privates are a great way to lower the cost of Pilates and motivate you and your partner to continue your movement practice.

Reformer Pilates Classes

The reformer is an incredible workout for your body’s ‘’powerhouse’’ which is your abs, lower back, hips and glutes. Pilates reformers are a convenient way to exercise in a group setting with individualized attention. Get a total body workout in 30 or 55 minutes (minimum of 3 private lessons required before enrolling in equipment classes).
