Club Greenwood is South Denver’s premier destination for yoga. Our team consists of highly educated and trained instructors that provide a wide variety of complimentary classes, including unique and exciting events and programs.  Our prestigious yoga school is led by three highly experienced instructors and is Yoga Alliance approved for 200-hour foundational and 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training plus diverse continuing education workshops. This ancient practice is available to all, and we invite you to join us.

Class formats include Classic Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Power Flow, Guided Meditation including Nidra, Restorative, Yin, Yoga for Kids and Thermal (the classic 26 at 105 degrees/55 humidity).

Yoga Basics is a great place to start. This class is a gentle and therapeutic approach to the practice and focuses on joint mobility and stability, proper alignment and breath awareness.
Yes. Hot yoga is based on a sequence that was put together by an Indian doctor and yoga therapist. It is safe, but the heat adds an extra challenge. Hydrate plenty before class and inform the instructor if it’s your first heated class. Always listen to your own body; you are your best teacher.
Our studio is a shoeless space, but students are welcome to wear socks or other indoor only supportive footwear.

No. Standard non-slip yoga mats are available for use, as well as straps, blocks, wedges, bolsters and blankets.
