Try HIT FIT a combination of boxing, kickboxing, cardio, and strength exercises and HIIT classes at Club Greenwood. Both classes provide the ultimate cardiovascular workout! HIIT uses simple athletic moves that give you a total body workout. These classes are great because they fit a lot of exercises into a shorter period of time. HIIT instructor Chrissy Casillas believes that working out is a privilege, not a punishment. This is an excellent mindset to have as you embark on your fitness journey this year—and beyond!

If you want to get fit fast, this class is for you. This barbell resistance training is also set to music, perfect for pumping you up! BODYPUMP™ focuses on low-weight loads paired with high-repetition movements based on the proven formula of the REP effect. It is incredible for burning calories, toning your body, increasing core strength, and improving bone health.

Yoga has many benefits, such as increased flexibility, improved mental health, muscle strength, a better quality of sleep, and injury protection. It also feels fantastic! That is why we offer various yoga classes at Club Greenwood, including Restorative Yoga, Power Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, and so much more. Beginners may want to try Hatha or our Yinyasa styles.
