Spec Ops
Start indoors this spring to get ready for a summer of outdoor training! Use April as your month to jumpstart your fitness with Spec Ops Boot Camp. Tuesdays/Thursdays, 6:00-7:00am, Studio 2. Rob and Tracy will help you build your cardio and strength in an awesome community setting. April 6 – 29.
