Strength

In 30-minutes or one hour you can do a full body workout and head back to your life. These complimentary strength classes will help you get stronger and tone. You are in control of how much weight you use.

Les Mills Virtual classes are movie-like versions of our live group fitness classes. These options are perfect when there are no live classes on the schedule, at times that fit your lifestyle.

Although many of our classes don’t completely fill up, we strongly encourage members to sign up for classes in advance to ensure a spot! This also helps our instructors identify clients as well as allows us to provide you with any last-minute communication regarding classes when necessary.
We suggest you arrive for class at least five minutes before the start time so that you can grab your equipment and have any questions answered before the class starts.
Exercising in a group environment is advantageous for many reasons. It is nice to build camaraderie as well as to feel connected to others when exerting yourself in new and different ways!
Les Mills classes range from cardio to strength to flexibility, with many combinations depending on the format. These classes are easy to learn and the movements build upon themselves as the class goes on.
