The Parisi Jump Start Program builds a strong athletic foundation for young athletes, improving coordination, confidence, and essential skills through fun, engaging speed and strength training led by certified coaches.
Parisi Elite Sports Performance advances athletes to the next level by focusing on individualized strength training and progression of speed techniques. With tailored programming, athletes build on their physical foundation to maximize potential and achieve peak performance on game day.
The Parisi Total Sports Performance Program uses the latest research in safe athlete training and injury prevention to deliver maximum performance improvements. With a focus on speed, strength, and specialized coaching, each session targets key areas such as linear speed, acceleration, and strength, helping athletes refine their skills and prevent injuries.
Coordination Camp is designed for young/pre-athletes, focusing on the fundamental movements that build coordination, balance, and body control.
