This 90-minute program will begin with a mat-based workout followed by a new-year-themed meditation to prepare to manifest 2023 goals and dreams.
This two-day, 16-hour Barre training will provide you with all the tools you need to build and teach a 60-minute Barre Class.
90 minutes of instruction on the basic barre sequences. We will break down the correct form for our various moves and address and questions you have.
Workout with your friends in the great outdoors! Booty Camp workouts include cardio, whole-body strength, balance and flexibility drills.
